It's the second interview. The interviewee lived at Folsom St., I think it's in SOMA area.
This time we investigated about the "Treasure and JUNK" discussion. "This is a general list of
questions to guide our discussions. During the interview process, more tailored questions will be
added specific to the background and interests of each interviewee. 15 minutes will be allotted
for each section."

We focused on 4 sections. "Treasure", "Junk", "Buying", and "Value". The new interview guide is including above 4 topics. The questions we made are related to treasure-junk connection. When will the treasure become junk? When will the junk become treasure? What's the treasure for people? On the other side, what is the junk? Also, we designed a probe to let interviewee take a test to categorize what things they needed or not in daily life.
First, we choose many kinds of stuff such as utensils, the money, the electronic products, food, and supplies. Then the interviewee would have 15 minutes to think about what thing is necessary or unnecessary and put the card into 3 sections. Finally, we record the result.
